How long does shipping take within the United States?

We offer FREE Shipping to our U.S. customers! Most orders are processed the same day they are placed and fulfilled within 24 hours. Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will ship the next business day. Your order will typically be delivered within 3-5 business days after your purchase (excluding holidays). Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking information.


If you haven't received your order after 7 business days, reach out to our customer care.

I need the product(s) ASAP, what are my shipping options?

We know you may need our product(s) as soon as possible, so we offer our U.S. customers the following expedited shipping services:

  • USPS Priority - $5.95 - Usually 1-3 business days for delivery.
  • FedEx 2Day - $9.95 - Guarantees your order will be delivered in 2 business days. For orders placed on a Thursday, the shipment will be delivered the following Monday. For orders placed on a Friday, the shipment will be delivered on the following Tuesday. (Excluding holidays)
  • FedEx Guaranteed Overnight Weekday Delivery - $19.95 - This is specifically for orders placed Monday-Thursday before 4pm EST. Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will ship on the following business day. 
  • FedEx Guaranteed Overnight Saturday Delivery - $29.95 - This is specifically for orders placed on a Friday before 4pm EST.

It’s Friday, can I receive my order overnight for Saturday delivery?

Yes, if your delivery address is within the U.S. and you place your order before 4pm EST on a Friday and choose Guaranteed Overnight Saturday Delivery via FedEx for $29.95, your order will be delivered to you the following day, Saturday.

How long does shipping take to Canada?

We offer USPS International Mail and FedEx International Priority shipping to our Canada customers. Delivery via USPS could take anywhere from 7-14 days. Delivery via FedEx typically takes 3-7 days.


Please know that there may be an additional customs fee due upon delivery.

What is your return policy?

UT-Fem® orders are backed by a 60 day money-back guarantee. If you want to return your order, please return all of the bottles to us at your own expense using the address provided below. Once the return is received, a refund will be issued, less the initial shipping cost.

Is UT-Fem® Balance is right for me?

UT-Fem® Balance is one part of our 3-part proactive system. It's designed to promote vaginal balance which is important for overall vaginal health. Vaginal balance mainly refers to the vaginal microbiome, or vaginal environment. A healthy vaginal environment is essential for the overall health of the vagina and helps protect against conditions like bacterial vaginosis (BV), yeast infections and urinary tract infections (UTIs). A healthy balance can also help relieve vaginal odor, itch and discharge.*

When should I take UT-Fem® Balance?

UT-Fem® Balance is perfect to take if you're sexually active, during and after antibiotic use, during menstruation, during and after menopause, postpartum, and anytime you want to support overall vaginal health.*

Do I have to take it with food?

Is UT-Fem® Balance vegan?

No, UT-Fem® Balance is not vegan because one of the strains contains milk used in fermentation.

Do I have to refrigerate UT-Fem® Balance?

No, you do not have to refrigerate. We use a specialized bottle designed with moisture-control technology to help protect the probiotic strains without the need of refrigeration. We like to keep it in our cabinet right next to UT-Fem® Solution and Protection.

Why is it important to take daily?

Consistency in taking probiotics is important because these beneficial bacteria can provide a range of health benefits, which often depend on maintaining a steady presence. Therefore, it’s important to take UT-Fem® Balance daily to help promote a healthy vaginal microbiome.*

Is there an adjustment period?

When first starting any probiotic, including Balance, your body may need time to adjust. While most users will not experience any negatives, it is possible to experience minor gas, bloating, or stomach upset, which should subside with ongoing use. If stomach upset occurs, you may consider taking it with food.

General Product Usage

Can I take UT-Fem® products with antibiotics?

You can take UT-Fem® products even if you're on antibiotics (unless advised otherwise by your doctor). In fact, it can be highly beneficial to take UT-Fem® Balance, our vaginal probiotic, while on antibiotics. Continuing to take a vaginal probiotic after finishing antibiotics can further help restore and maintain a healthy balance of bacteria in the vagina, reducing the risk of infections and other issues.*


We always advise our customers to consult with their doctor regarding any specific questions or concerns about antibiotics and/or other medications.

Should I take UT-Fem® products with or without food?

You can take UT-Fem® products with or without food. However, if you have a sensitive stomach, you may want to consider taking them with food.

What if I currently have a UTI?

UT-Fem® products are not intended for treatment, and you should always contact your doctor if you have a UTI.

Does UT-Fem® have any side effects?

The ingredients used in UT-Fem® products are safe to consume with no known side effects. We recommend following the directions listed on our product labels. We always advise our customers to consult with their doctor regarding any specific medical or medication questions or concerns. If you have a sensitive stomach, we recommend taking UT-Fem® products with food. If you experience any kind of allergic reaction, stop taking the product(s) immediately and contact us at support@utfem.com.

Can I take UT-Fem® with medication?

There should be no problems taking UT-Fem® with medications, as they do not contain any known contraindications. However, you should wait at least an hour between taking UT-Fem® products and any other medications. As always, if you are taking prescription medications or have any medical conditions, we advise that you consult with your doctor before beginning any new dietary supplement, including UT-Fem® products, just to be safe.

Does UT-Fem® work for men?

Yes, we have many male customers in our community that have found success with UT-Fem®! The only product that wouldn't be effective for men would be UT-Fem® Balance, our vaginal probiotic.
